You will operate a company vehicle, run a structured daily route, and be responsible for delivering safe, consistent, high-quality service. Minimum Requirements Must be 21 years or older (required for commercial auto insurance eligibility) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass background and drug screening Reliable transportation to and from the office Ability to work outdoors in extreme Las Vegas heat Comfortable climbing ladders and entering attics and crawl spaces Comfortable working on first-, second-, and third-story rooftops Comfortable with heights and elevated work environments Ability to safely perform occasional elevated lift work when required Strong attendance history and stable recent work history About the Role Fortified Pest Management is a locally owned and growing pest control company serving the Las Vegas Valley. What You'll Be Doing Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley Conduct inspections, including rooftops, attics, crawl spaces, and other treatment areas as needed Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and occasional elevated equipment when required by the job Identify pest activity and apply treatments safely and accurately Communicate clearly with customers about services, findings, and prevention Manage a daily route with professionalism and efficiency Follow documented processes, service standards, and safety protocols Maintain accurate service documentation and notes Driving & Safety Expectations This role involves daily driving in a company vehicle throughout the workday. Successful team members take vehicle safety seriously, drive defensively, stay focused, and operate with good judgment throughout the day. Safe, professional driving is a core part of the job.
