$18/hr during structured training $20-$26+/hr equivalent once running a productive route (performance-based) Bonus income opportunities available

Las Vegas Valley Before You Apply This is a physically active, customer-facing field role for someone who takes pride in doing solid work, following a defined process, and representing the company well in customers' homes and places of business. You will operate a company vehicle, run a structured daily route, and be responsible for delivering safe, consistent, high-quality service. This role is best suited for someone who values accountability, professionalism, integrity, continuous improvement, and being a strong team player. Minimum Requirements Must be 21 years or older (required for commercial auto insurance eligibility) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass background and drug screening Reliable transportation to and from the office Ability to work outdoors in extreme Las Vegas heat Comfortable climbing ladders and entering attics and crawl spaces Comfortable working on first-, second-, and third-story rooftops Comfortable with heights and elevated work environments Ability to safely perform occasional elevated lift work when required Strong attendance history and stable recent work history About the Role Fortified Pest Management is a locally owned and growing pest control company serving the Las Vegas Valley. Our Service Professionals are trusted to: Run a structured route each day Deliver service with consistency and attention to detail Represent the company professionally inside customers' homes and commercial properties Communicate clearly with customers about service and prevention Follow company standards for service quality, documentation, and safety This is more than driving and more than spraying. What You'll Be Doing Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley Conduct inspections, including rooftops, attics, crawl spaces, and other treatment areas as needed Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and occasional elevated equipment when required by the job Identify pest activity and apply treatments safely and accurately Communicate clearly with customers about services, findings, and prevention Manage a daily route with professionalism and efficiency Follow documented processes, service standards, and safety protocols Maintain accurate service documentation and notes Driving & Safety Expectations This role involves daily driving in a company vehicle throughout the workday. Successful team members take vehicle safety seriously, drive defensively, stay focused, and operate with good judgment throughout the day. Safe, professional driving is a core part of the job. Training & Onboarding Paid structured training (classroom + field) Licensing and certification support Clear performance benchmarks Ongoing coaching and development Training typically lasts 3-4 weeks depending on experience and performance.
