Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pest Control Technician and Sales Representative, where you'll play a vital role in protecting properties from pests while providing exceptional service and solutions to our valued customers. This energetic position combines hands-on pest management with proactive sales efforts, ensuring clients receive effective treatments and ongoing support. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and assess treatment needs. Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools, chemicals, and equipment safely and effectively. Educate customers on pest prevention strategies, including landscaping, lawn care, and maintenance tips. Promote and sell pest control services, lawn care packages, and other related solutions to new and existing clients. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules. Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment necessary for pest management tasks. Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Experience Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable; enthusiasm for engaging with clients is essential. Hands-on knowledge of pest control techniques, lawn care practices, farming, landscaping or agriculture is a strong plus. Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, farm machinery or other outdoor equipment is beneficial. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required; ability to operate various types of vehicles confidently. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions; comfort handling farm or gardening equipment preferred.
