We are very much still a small business but have grown over the past 5 years and now have a multiple locations. Duties:

• Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
• Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
• Develop and implement effective pest control strategies to eliminate pests
• Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments in accordance with safety guidelines
• Install and maintain pest control equipment, such as traps and bait stations
• Provide recommendations to customers on preventing future pest problems
• Document all services provided and maintain accurate records ```

Requirements:

```

• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and effective control methods
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery used in pest control
• Ability to drive to various locations to perform pest control services
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions
