Lead Pest Control Specialist

Duties Lead pest control treatments across residential, commercial, and agricultural sites using industry-approved methods and products Supervise and mentor a team of pest control technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations, assess environmental conditions, and recommend tailored treatment plans Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment necessary for pest control applications and property maintenance Manage inventory of pesticides, chemicals, and tools, ensuring proper storage and compliance with safety regulations Drive company vehicles to various job sites while maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to traffic laws Collaborate with clients to explain treatment procedures, answer questions, and provide guidance on ongoing pest prevention strategies Experience Proven experience in pest control services or related fields such as lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture Strong knowledge of pest species identification, control techniques, and environmentally responsible practices Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other relevant equipment Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards Excellent communication skills to educate clients and coordinate with team members Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating company vehicles preferred Familiarity with sales techniques or customer service is a plus but not required Must have Category 3A Ornamental and Turf license Embark on a rewarding career where your skills in pest management and land care can flourish!
