We are seeking a Pest Control Inspector & Repair Specialist to visit residential and Commercial properties throughout New York City, inspect for pest activity and structural vulnerabilities, identify repair needs, and provide homeowners and other clients with practical solutions. This role combines property inspections, pest management, construction knowledge, customer interaction, and sales. Full technical training will be provided for the right candidate. What You'll Do Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity, entry points, structural vulnerabilities, and repair needs. Perform pest control treatments and apply approved pest management products in accordance with company procedures and regulations. Identify conditions that contribute to pest infestations and recommend corrective actions. Evaluate materials, labor requirements, and repair scope. Explain inspection findings and recommendations to homeowners. Prepare inspection reports and cost estimates. Present service recommendations and treatment plans. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects move forward efficiently. Travel throughout NYC using public transportation. What We're Looking For Some experience in construction, carpentry, handyman services, maintenance, pest control, home improvement, building trades, or a similar field. Candidates should be prepared to discuss and provide references that can speak to the depth and scope of their experience. Ability to identify repair needs and estimate materials or labor requirements is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable discussing pricing, recommendations, and solutions with homeowners. Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule. Willingness to learn pest control techniques, inspection processes, and treatment protocols through company-provided training. Schedule Saturday•Wednesday | 10:00 AM•7:00
PM Thursday & Friday Off Pay:
$24.00•$28.00 per hour
