You will be responsible for inspecting properties, applying treatments, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and safety. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy hands-on work, this role is perfect for you! This can also be a crossover position. You may be required to join the mold, insulation, radon or waterproofing crews to complete their projects. Advancement opportunities area available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential risks. Apply pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment following safety protocols. Utilize lawn care, landscaping, farming, and agriculture knowledge to assess outdoor environments and recommend appropriate solutions. Operate machinery, power tools, and hand tools efficiently to perform treatments and maintenance tasks. Drive company vehicle safely between job sites while maintaining a clean driving record. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and provide ongoing service to ensure long-term pest management success. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions for compliance and reporting purposes. Skills Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, including the safe handling and application of chemicals. Experience with lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture practices is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment efficiently. Excellent driving skills with a valid license and clean driving record. Familiarity with sales techniques to promote additional services when appropriate. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while standing, walking, or lifting for extended periods.
