The Opportunity Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Pest Control Technician will be responsible for : Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and whether the process will include pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods Establish contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants, pesticides and power spraying equipment, such wearing protective gear guidelines Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in company vehicle Manage schedule and route to ensure services are completed in a timely manner Address customer needs and optimize their program on-site What we Offer Competitive salary Company vehicle Commission on new business and bonus on service work completed Extended health cover, 401k plan, paid vacation Thorough on-the-job training and consistent education opportunities In-house Professional Development programs Opportunities for growth People-first approach with a strong family culture
Requirements:
A Driver's License with a clean driving record Strong communication skills both written and verbal Customer service experience Valid Applicator's License Sales experience an asset If you are motivated and results-driven٫ enjoy being on the road, we'd like to meet you!
