We are looking for a motivated, dependable Wildlife Control & Damage Repair Technician to join our team. Position Overview This position involves wildlife trapping and removal, exclusion work, inspections, attic and crawlspace work, and repairing damage caused by wildlife. Every day is different, and the ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and working with their hands. Experience in exterior construction is a major plus. Responsibilities Perform wildlife inspections and identify entry points Trap and remove nuisance wildlife safely and professionally Complete exclusion and prevention work Repair wildlife-related damage Install screening, vent covers, flashing, and sealing materials Work on roofs, ladders, crawlspaces, and attics Communicate professionally with customers Document work performed and maintain equipment/vehicles Preferred Experience Roofing Siding Gutters Carpentry Exterior construction Pest control or wildlife control Hand and power tool experience Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Full-time stable employment Competitive pay based on experience Paid training Opportunity for advancement Company vehicle during work hours Supportive team environment Overtime opportunities available Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional on-call or weekend work during busy seasons Pay Based on experience and qualifications How to Apply Submit your resume and work history through Indeed or contact us directly through: Join a growing company where your work matters and no two days are the same.
