Competitive salary between $52,000 to $65,000 annually dependent upon relative experience;

Stability and growth with a company that values its people Responsibilities The Role As a Service Manager, you'll help lead daily operations and support a team of pest control technicians by: Coaching, training, and mentoring technicians
Assisting with scheduling, routing, and quality control
Supporting technicians in the field and filling in on routes when needed
Supporting hiring, training, and team development
Conduct in-house and in-field technician training and meetings
Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity
Guide service technicians in resolving client issues and concerns and ensure that customer expectations are met
Interact with both commercial and residential clients and perform quality site inspections
Review and submit service-related documents and reporting
Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, perform vehicle and uniform inspections

Must have at least 5 years' progressive pest control experience
Valid driver's license Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen. Physical Demands /

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
