Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Pest Control Technician. This position offers hands-on training and opportunities for growth in the pest control industry. No prior experience is necessary; we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. This role is paid as a percentage of the work done by the technician, incentivizing hard workers.
Responsibilities:
Perform pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties under the supervision of experienced technicians. Identify and assess pest infestations, determining appropriate treatment methods. Safely and effectively apply pest control products according to company protocols. Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and recommend appropriate solutions. Complete accurate service reports and maintain detailed records of work performed. Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
