$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Job description: As a Pest Control Service Specialist, you will be responsible for routing, managing a daily service route and perform comprehensive pest control treatments, inspections, and application techniques at customers' homes. You will work to effectively resolve customers' pest concerns while delivering exceptional customer service, fostering positive client relationships, and offering informed, strategic recommendations. You are expected to dedicate your full working time, attention, and best efforts to fulfilling the duties of the Service Specialist role, as well as any additional responsibilities assigned to you as needed. This position is located in Norman, OK and the surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete daily service routes efficiently, ensuring all customers are serviced according to company standards. Perform pest inspections, diagnosis, and treatment using approved application methods and equipment. Identify issues that may contribute to a customer's pest activity and recommend effective solutions. Provide exceptional customer service, fostering trust and long-term customer relationships. Maintain accurate service records in the CRM. Adhere to all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicle in a clean, safe, and organized condition. Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about industry practices and product updates.
