Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of damage. Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client's needs. Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments in compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. Utilize power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery as necessary for pest control tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up actions. Educate clients on preventive measures and best practices for pest management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Drive to various job sites using company vehicles, ensuring safe transportation of equipment. Skills Strong knowledge of pest control methods, products, and safety protocols. Experience with power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery is highly desirable. Familiarity with landscaping and lawn care techniques can be beneficial. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Sales skills are a plus, enabling you to promote additional services when appropriate. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively across multiple job sites. A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles.
