This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a small, owner-operated business and grow with us. You'll work directly alongside the owner, learning our processes and building relationships with our customers. Schedule 3 days per week (days flexible based on availability) Pay starting at $17.00 per hour What You'll Do Perform residential and/or commercial pest control treatments Apply pesticides and other products safely and according to label instructions Inspect properties and identify pest activity Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after service Complete service documentation and reports Maintain company equipment and vehicle cleanliness What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work Valid driver's license with clean driving record No pest control experience required — we will train you and cover the cost of your state license Why Join TCOB?
