Termite Pretreatment Service Technician Location:

Full-time Compensation:
$16-$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities About the Role We are hiring a Termite Pretreatment Service Technician to perform new-construction Termite Pretreatment work at jobsites throughout the area. This role requires careful application, accurate job documentation, safe work habits, and clear communication with the team. Prior Termite Pretreatment or pest control experience is helpful, but we are open to training the right candidate. What You Will Do
  • Perform Termite Pretreatment services on assigned new-construction jobsites according to company procedures, product label requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Review job details before beginning work and confirm the correct address, builder or job information, treatment type, and site readiness.
  • Safely operate application equipment, hoses, tanks, pumps, tools, and related components.
  • Accurately record treatment details, chemical usage, job status, photos, notes, and completion information using company-provided digital tools.
  • Report access issues, unsafe site conditions, job delays, incomplete information, spills, leaks, equipment concerns, or unusual application conditions promptly.
  • Keep assigned vehicle, tools, application equipment, and supplies clean, organized, and ready for use.
  • Follow safety procedures related to pesticide handling, mixing, transportation, application, storage, vehicles, and construction sites.
  • Communicate professionally with builders, contractors, inspectors, coworkers, and management.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, organizing, or transporting job-related materials and supplies when assigned.
  • Cooperate with quality checks and record reviews to support accurate billing, compliance readiness, and customer service. Required Qualifications
  • 21 Years or older with valid driver license and driving record acceptable to company standards.
  • Experience with Termite Pretreatment or willingness to be trained.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required licensing or certifications if required for the role.
  • Ability to work outdoors on active construction sites in varying weather and ground conditions.
  • Ability to safely handle job-related materials, hoses, equipment, and supplies.
  • Strong attention to detail for job records, application information, chemical usage, and communication.
  • Ability to use a phone, tablet, photos, maps, and basic digital work tools.
  • Dependability, punctuality, professional communication, and follow-through.
  • Willingness to work overtime, early starts, or schedule adjustments when business needs require. Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Termite Pretreatment, pest control, construction site, field service, or chemical application experience.
  • Current pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain one.
  • Basic understanding of pumps, hoses, tanks, fittings, gauges, filters, or similar equipment.
  • Experience completing job tickets, work orders, treatment logs, photos, or field documentation. Benefits

Work Environment This field-based role is performed on active new-construction jobsites and may include outdoor weather exposure, uneven ground, equipment use, and vehicle travel.
