This energetic position involves inspecting, treating, and preventing pest issues across residential, commercial, and agricultural settings. All positions are paid, ensuring your efforts are recognized from day one. If already certified in wildlife, that is a plus, but if not, we can teach you & help obtain license. There is opportunity for more $ per hour as well as commission on sales. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and entry points Apply pest control treatments using appropriate chemicals and equipment following safety protocols Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client's needs Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and pest activity reports Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and proper maintenance practices Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools/power tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel between job sites Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Willingness to learn about pest control techniques and safety procedures through training programs Nice-to-have skills include experience with sales strategies related to service upselling or customer engagement Embark on a career that combines outdoor work with technical expertise!
