Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, or agricultural sites to identify pest activity and potential entry points Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively Educate clients on pest prevention methods and recommend ongoing maintenance plans for lawn care, landscaping, or farming needs Operate vehicles responsibly to reach various job sites while maintaining a clean driving record Utilize knowledge of land management practices to assist with related tasks such as lawn care or small-scale farming when needed Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions for compliance and reporting purposes Use hand tools and power tools to set traps, install barriers, or perform minor repairs as part of integrated pest management strategies Experience Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, as it helps in communicating effectively with clients and understanding their needs Hands-on experience with pest control techniques or familiarity with lawn care, farming, landscaping, agriculture, or land management is highly desirable Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and environments Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and small equipment safely and efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving large vehicles or farm machinery is advantageous Knowledge of safety protocols related to the use of chemicals and equipment used in pest control and land management Join us to make a difference by creating healthier spaces!
