Licensed Pest Control Technician - Growth Opportunity -

What You'll Do Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity Perform pest control treatments safely and effectively Educate customers and provide outstanding service Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and team members Operate equipment, tools, and company vehicles safely and professionally What We're Looking For Licensed pest control technician Strong knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, and safety procedures Self-starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow professionally Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable working outdoors and in varied environments Compensation & Growth Competitive starting pay based on experience Commission opportunities after 90 days Residual commission opportunities on recurring business Significant growth potential within the company Opportunity to help build routes, relationships, and eventually participate in larger business opportunities This is an ideal position for someone who: Wants to earn more than an hourly paycheck Takes pride in customer relationships Wants to grow with a company instead of staying stagnant Has long-term goals of leadership, management, or business ownership If you are motivated, reliable, and hungry to grow, we would like to speak with you.
