POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a reliable, customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our field service team. This role involves inspections, treatments, customer communication, documentation, and maintaining all safety and compliance standards. This is a position for individuals with existing industry experience and licensing. Applicants should be prepared to operate independently and professionally in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspect customer properties to identify pest activity and determine appropriate treatment methods. Deliver high-quality pest control services to residential and commercial customers. Communicate findings, recommendations, and service details clearly and professionally. Maintain accurate digital service records and treatment documentation. Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly. Follow all safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines, and state regulations. Represent Evans Pest Control professionally at all customer locations. Support team goals while maintaining the company's high service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must already possess industry experience Current Pennsylvania Pest Control Applicator License required Category 11 certification is strongly preferred Termite certification and treatment experience are a major plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage daily routes effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 60 lbs., work in crawlspaces, attics, and other service environments Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening Professional appearance, reliability, and strong work ethic required
