Pest Control Technician

Job Summary Join our team as a Pest Control Technician and play a key role in protecting homes and businesses from unwanted pests. In this role, you will inspect properties, develop treatment plans, and apply pest control solutions safely and effectively. No prior pest control experience or certifications are required. We will provide full training to set you up for success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points Develop and apply customized pest control treatment plans based on inspection findings and customer needs Safely apply pesticides, baiting systems, and other pest control products in accordance with safety guidelines Perform inspections and treatments in physically demanding environments, including working at heights on ladders and rooftops, as well as navigating tight crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas beneath structures Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and answer questions about treatment plans Drive to job sites in a safe and timely manner, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong communication and customer service skills No pest control certification required. Training will be provided Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
