Pest Control Technician York, PA | Competitive Pay + Bonuses | Full-Time Pestcor is growing—and we're hiring now ahead of the busy season! We're looking for a Pest Control Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys being independent, and delivers great customer service. This role also offers a hybrid opportunity to perform lawn care services (up to20% of your time) —giving you more skills and earning potential. What You'll Do Provide pest control services for residential & commercial customers Communicate with customers and recommend solutions Follow daily routes and complete service reports via mobile device Apply treatments safely and according to product labels Assist with lawn care services (training provided) Maintain company vehicle and equipment What You Need Valid driver's license with good record Ability to work independently and outdoors Ability to lift 50 lbs Strong work ethic and customer service skills Willingness to obtain PA Pesticide Applicator License (we help train) Schedule Seasonal workload (busier spring/summer, lighter fall/winter) Avg. ~40 hours/week annually Flexibility required during peak season Why Join Pestcor Paid training + licensing support Production bonuses + growth opportunities Health benefits + PTO Fast-growing company with advancement potential
