We focus on delivering premium customer service, high-quality pest protection, and building strong relationships with homeowners. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to: work hard grow professionally learn sales and customer service skills help build a growing local company This is not just a pest control technician position. This is a hybrid role that combines: pest control services customer service route building neighborhood marketing and sales No prior pest control experience is required. We are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

Pest Control Services Perform pest control treatments at residential properties Remove spider webs and treat common pests Maintain clean equipment and professional appearance Provide excellent customer service Route Building / Sales After completing scheduled services, technicians may: Hand out door flyers to the neighbors Speak with nearby homeowners Introduce

What We're Looking For:

Ideal Candidate Traits Positive attitude Strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Comfortable talking with people Coachable and willing to learn Self-motivated Professional appearance Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors Ability to walk neighborhoods and communicate with homeowners Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
