Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and agricultural sites to identify pest infestations and potential vulnerabilities. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery while adhering to safety protocols. Implement integrated pest management strategies that include environmental modifications, baiting systems, and chemical applications. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, pests identified, and follow-up actions taken to ensure compliance with regulations. Assist with lawn care, landscaping, farming activities, and general land maintenance to create healthy outdoor environments. Operate various hand tools and power tools efficiently for pest control procedures and land management tasks. Drive company vehicles to different job sites safely while managing equipment transportation and site setup. Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in sales related to pest control products or services is a plus. Familiarity with pest control techniques, lawn care practices, farming methods, or landscaping is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles over varied terrains. Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. Willingness to learn new skills related to agriculture, land management, and pest control technologies.
