Who We're Looking For We're seeking a skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician with a passion for solving problems and delivering top-notch service. As a key member of our team, you'll be the trusted expert our clients rely on to address pest issues, develop prevention plans, and maintain our high standards of professionalism. If you're an experienced technician with a pest control license — or the drive to earn one — we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Obtain and maintain an Oregon Pest Control License (General Pest, Laws, and Safety) within 60 days (training provided). Identify, monitor, and treat pest issues using safe and effective methods. Recommend proactive pest prevention strategies to clients. Record client interactions, pest findings, and service details using company mobile apps. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members. Comply with all state and federal regulations for chemical use and safe driving. Maintain accurate records, inventory tools and chemicals, and ensure company vehicle upkeep. Qualifications Preferred:

Valid Oregon Pest Control License (General Pest, Laws, and Safety) or relevant experience.

Required:

High school diploma or GED.

Required:

Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Required:

Clean driving record.

Skills:

Strong communication (verbal and written), tech-savvy with smartphone apps and basic computer skills, detail-oriented.

Physical Ability:

Able to walk quickly, stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs.
