About the Role A locally owned pest control company and proud member of the Neighborly family of home service franchises is hiring a Pest Control Technician and Sales Specialist. This is a field-based, hybrid role that combines professional pest control service with consultative, relationship-driven sales. Pest control experience is helpful but not required. Sales ability and strong communication skills are the priority. Your income grows directly as your customer base grows, with both front-end and recurring commission building over time. What You Will Do Perform professional pest control treatments and services in the field. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions honestly and clearly. Build recurring accounts through relationship-based selling and consistent follow-through. Engage with customers in a confident and professional manner. Represent the company with integrity and reliability on every job. What We Are Looking For Prior sales experience in any industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers. Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with people throughout the day. Self-motivated with an interest in building long-term recurring income. Reliable and professional in both appearance and conduct. Pest control experience is a plus but is not a requirement to apply. Compensation Base salary of $35,000. Front-end commission of 5% to 8% on new accounts. Recurring commission of 2% to 3% on active accounts. Total earning potential of $35,000 to $100,000 or more depending on performance. Earnings are uncapped and increase as your book of recurring customers grows. Benefits Health insurance. 401(k).
