Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client's specific situation, including lawn care and landscaping recommendations. Engage with customers confidently to explain treatment options, answer questions, and promote additional services such as lawn care or farming solutions. Drive company vehicle safely between job sites while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, client interactions, and follow-up schedules to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Stay current on industry best practices, new pest control products, and techniques related to agriculture, landscaping, and farming. Experience Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly valued; enthusiasm for engaging with clients is essential. Hands-on knowledge of pest control methods, lawn care practices, or agricultural operations is preferred. Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, or landscaping equipment will help you succeed in this role. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for safe transportation between job sites. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions is advantageous; physical stamina is important for long days on-site. Strong communication skills combined with a proactive approach will enable you to build trust with customers and promote our services effectively.
