Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and assess treatment needs Apply pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and appropriate farm machinery to eliminate pests effectively Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and recommend tailored service plans to meet their specific needs Promote and sell pest control services, lawn care packages, and landscaping solutions to new and existing clients Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules Operate vehicles safely while adhering to all driving regulations and company policies Use landscaping, farming, or agriculture experience to advise clients on property maintenance that supports pest prevention Experience Prior experience in sales or customer service roles, especially within pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture industries Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment used in property maintenance or pest management Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving long distances as needed Knowledge of pest control techniques and safety procedures is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to combine technical skills with sales expertise.
