Job Type Full-Time:

Join our team as a Pest Service Professional , where you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality pest management services while representing our commitment to reliability, excellence, and customer care. What You'll Do As a Pest Service Professional, you'll manage a designated service route and deliver professional pest control solutions to residential and commercial customers. You'll inspect properties, identify pest issues, apply treatments, and educate customers on prevention strategies using Integrated Pest Management best practices.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Maintain and manage daily service routes and confirm customer appointments Perform initial and follow-up pest control services, including interior and exterior treatments Apply professional products and methods to control insects, rodents, and other pests (including ants, roaches, rats, and bed bugs) Install and monitor bait stations; perform termite trenching and drilling as needed Conduct bed bug treatments using steam, liquid, or heat methods Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and on ladders up to 40 feet Document findings with photos and provide clear explanations to customers Communicate progress and service updates with customers and management Collaborate with sales teams to identify additional service opportunities Maintain accurate service documentation Operate and care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment Follow all safety, driving, chemical, PPE, and regulatory requirements Participate in ongoing training and professional development Provide backup support to teammates as needed

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Successful completion of a 30-day classroom and field training program Willingness to earn and maintain at least two CEUs annually Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while supporting a team-based environment Professional, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset

Additional Requirements:

Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age Ability to work Saturdays Reliable transportation Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report Preferred Certifications (Not Required) Termite / WDO License or Operator Certification General Household Pest (GHP) License Lawn & Ornamental (L&O) License Fumigation License Why Join Us?
