Professional Cleaning Technician

This is a part- time field position with 20-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. No experience? No problem. We provide full paid on-site training from day one. Responsibilities Clean and service residential and commercial properties to our 5 star standard. Travel to client locations throughout our East Tennessee service area using your personal vehicle (Mileage Compensated!). Work alongside a small, professional crew to complete jobs efficiently and thoroughly. Represent Buell Cleaning Solutions with professionalism and pride at every job site. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly between jobs. Communicate clearly with management and show up on time, every time. Skills Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle - REQUIRED Must be able to pass a background check. Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical work on your feet throughout the day. Comfortable working around customers, children, and pets. No prior cleaning experience required - paid training provided. Punctual, dependable, and takes pride in doing the job right. Eager to grow, humble enough to learn, and honest when no one's watching.
