  • Full-time About Door Driven Door Driven is growing and we're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our team in Kingsport, TN.
If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and helping customers protect their homes and businesses, we'd love to hear from you. This position requires an active Tennessee technician license in General Pest and Rodent Control & Wood Destroying Organisms . Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial pest control services and treatments Conduct property inspections to identify pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions Apply pest control products safely and in accordance with state regulations and company standards Educate customers on treatment plans, pest prevention, and maintenance recommendations Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and treatment documentation Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction Manage and complete a daily service route efficiently and professionally
Qualifications Required:
Active Tennessee Technician License in General Pest and Rodent Control & Wood Destroying Organisms Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage a service route Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift equipment and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Preferred:
Previous pest control experience Experience working directly with residential or commercial customers Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary: $45,000
