Service Pro (Residential Pest Control) Greenlogic Pest Control - Knoxville, TN Are you looking for a career that gets you outside, working in the community? The Details Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour (starting rate based on experience).

Bonus Potential:

Company Vehicle:

Service Pros are assigned a company vehicle to perform their daily routes.

Work Phone:

Service Pros are assigned an iPhone 17 to use for work tasks.

Serving residential customers throughout the greater Knoxville area. What We're Looking For We hire for character and train for skill. To join the Greenlogic family, you must meet the following:

Age:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Clean Record:

Must have a good driving record (pass MVR check), and be able to pass a background check and drug screening prior to hire.

Certification:

Must have General certification to apply pesticides in Tennessee.

Communication Skills:

You are a "people person" who can talk to anyone and represent our culture of excellence.

Problem-Solving Mindset:

You enjoy investigating issues and finding the most effective solutions.

You have a solid work ethic and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. What You'll Do As a Greenlogic Service Pro, you aren't just "the bug person"—you are a trusted local consultant, a problem-solver, and the face of Greenlogic.

Technical Excellence:

Develop and apply specialized knowledge of Integrated Pest Management pest techniques and application methods.

Residential Service:

Perform thorough inspections and treatments at customers' homes with precision and care.

Customer Connection:

Communicate effectively with homeowners. You'll ask the right questions, explain technical treatments in plain English, and resolve concerns with a professional, can-do attitude.
