This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service in both indoor and outdoor environments. As a Termite Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, diagnosing termite and pest issues, and performing treatments to protect homes and businesses. Key Responsibilities Perform termite and pest control inspections for residential and commercial properties Diagnose infestations and recommend appropriate treatment solutions Install termite treatment systems, including trenching and application of materials Deliver and administer pest and termite control treatments in accordance with safety standards Work in a variety of environments, including crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor settings Maintain accurate service records and documentation Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients Qualifications 1-year of termite experience (required) Valid driver's license (required) Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Good communication and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $42,000 - $52,000 (based on experience) Company vehicle and fuel card Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Employee Stock Purchase Program Life insurance Paid time off
