Position Overview - Window Cleaning Technician As a Window Cleaning Technician, you will perform interior and exterior window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services at residential and commercial properties across the Austin area. You will work with ladders, squeegees, water-fed pole systems, pressure washing equipment, and other specialized tools to deliver spotless results and excellent customer service. No experience is necessary — we provide paid training and all required equipment. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services Clean interior and exterior windows using professional techniques and equipment Safely work on ladders and at heights while following company safety procedures Prepare and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled jobs Maintain attention to detail and high-quality workmanship Follow all safety guidelines and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) Requirements Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather conditions Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 25 feet Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 40 lbs overhead Must not exceed 225 lbs due to ladder safety weight limits Ability to perform repetitive motions with both hands Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor throughout the workday Reliable transportation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 3 years 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses Strong communication and customer service skills What We're Looking For Has a positive attitude Works hard and stays dependable Enjoys physical, hands-on work Has strong problem-solving skills Communicates well with customers and coworkers Is punctual and accountable Enjoys learning new skills Takes pride in their work Prefers performance-based earning potential over sitting behind a desk all day Pay & Benefits Paid training starting at $20/hour After training, compensation transitions to a commission-based pay structure Technicians are paid based on production and job performance rather than hourly time High earning potential for motivated and efficient technicians Customer tips on top of commission pay Health insurance available Compensation Structure Training is paid hourly while you learn our systems, equipment, safety procedures, and customer service standards. Once training is completed, technicians move into a commission-based compensation model where earnings are tied directly to completed work and productivity.
