About Us We are a specialized wildlife management and pest control company serving petrochemical refineries and heavy industrial facilities. Our work includes bird control, wildlife mitigation, and pest management in high-security, high-compliance environments. We regularly coordinate with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and operate in full compliance with federal protections governing migratory and endangered species. Position Overview We are seeking a safety-driven, physically capable Industrial Wildlife & Bird Control Technician to perform bird deterrent installations, wildlife management, and pest control services at petrochemical refinery sites. This is a skilled field role involving work at heights, on industrial structures, and in regulated environments. Candidates must be comfortable working on lifts, scaffolding, and fall protection systems. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain bird deterrents systems at heights Conduct wildlife mitigation in compliance with federal regulations Coordinate work involving federally protected species in accordance with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service guidelines Perform industrial pest control treatments Conduct site inspections and risk assessments Follow refinery safety protocols, permitting procedures, and PPE requirements Operate lifts and access equipment safely Maintain accurate service documentation and compliance records Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass background checks and drug screening (refinery requirement) Comfortable working at heights and using fall protection equipment Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor industrial conditions Strong commitment to safety and compliance Willingness to travel to refinery sites as needed Preferred Qualifications Background in agriculture Experience with trapping Experience working at heights Experience working in petrochemical or heavy industrial facilities Experience with federally protected species compliance Lift certification and fall protection training What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Industry certifications and safety training Specialized training in protected species compliance Career growth in a niche, high-demand industrial field Why Join Us?
