You will engage directly with clients, providing exceptional service while maintaining safety standards. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans Apply pest control treatments using specialized hand tools, power tools, safely and efficiently Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance or follow-up treatments Operate vehicles responsibly to travel between job sites, ensuring compliance with all driving safety regulations Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions for reporting and compliance purposes Use techniques to support integrated pest management strategies when applicable Qualifications Prior experience in pest control not needed. Weight and height in proportion, must be able to crawl under homes and get up in attic Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles between sites Have a willingness to learn and pick up on new skills and ideas Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including standing, walking, bending.
