Pest Control Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician (No experience needed) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing pest problems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a combination of technical skills, customer service, and the ability to work independently while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Schedule availability. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem. Apply appropriate pest control methods, including chemical treatments, traps, and exclusion techniques. Utilize various tools and equipment such as power tools, hand tools, and machinery to perform pest control tasks effectively. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment. Drive to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Sales skills are beneficial for promoting services to potential clients. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
