The Greater DFW, Texas Market Across Residential and Commercial Properties The Role Cerv Property Solutions delivers unified, tech-enabled property care with one standard of white-glove excellence across residential and commercial properties. We simplify property ownership and management by combining expert execution, proactive service, and polished professionals under one roof. We are hiring a Lead Technician, Pest in DFW to deliver on our white-glove operational excellence for our pest control customers. This is a "Player-Coach" position. You will manage and service your own designated route (the "Player") while providing field training, quality assurance, and compliance oversight for our San Antonio Pest Experts (the "Coach"). More importantly, you will serve as the Responsible Certified Applicator for this branch, ensuring all operations meet Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) standards. You will act as a courageous leader, empowered to challenge the status quo and build a team that brings a new level of integrity and customer-centricity to the property care industry. You will report directly to the VP, Operations. What You'll Build & Own The "One-Cerv" Mentality:
You are more than a team lead, you are a brand ambassador for the entire Cerv Property Solutions platform. You will champion a "one-team" culture, proactively identifying opportunities to support the Cerv vision, ensuring standards are consistently met, regardless of the task. Licensing & Compliance:
You will provide your professional license to the branch, ensuring all Pest Experts and vehicles remain in 100% compliance with state regulations. Route Production:
You own the execution of your designated route, maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency to drive your production-based earnings. Technical Mentorship:
As the lead technical expert, you will run weekly training sessions to ensure every Pest Expert is equipped in application and safety. Quality Control:
You will conduct field audits and "ride-alongs" to maintain Cerv's white-glove service standard across all residential and commercial properties. What Success Looks Like A-Player Retention:

You are a Texas TDA Certified Application (CA) in good standing. Ownership & Urgency:

Preferred Residential and Commercial Pest Control Experience Dual certification in both Pest and Termite & Wood Destroying Insect Control Experience or comfort with sales or upsell acumen in a service-based industry Compensation and Benefits License stipend ($1k per month) plus Production-Based compensation Commission-based incentives tied to new and existing customer penetration Company Vehicle & Fuel:
