Consistent $3,000/month salary no worrying about fluctuating hours or seasonal dips. ​Job Description ​Are you looking for a stable, hands on career with a guaranteed income and zero vehicle wear and tear? We are a premier home services company seeking a reliable, detail oriented Field Service Assistant to support our Lead Exclusion Technicians. ​In this role, you will handle the critical "finish work" on our wildlife exclusion and repair jobs, manage traps, and conduct essential follow up appointments with our clients. ​This is a salary position that includes a company truck, a gas card, and all necessary equipment and uniforms. If you are dependable, comfortable working outdoors, and want to learn a highly valuable, high demand trade from the ground up, we want to talk to you. ​Key Responsibilities ​

Trap Management & Service:

Check traps and reset, clear, and remake wildlife traps. Humanely remove captured wildlife and clear any deceased from properties. ​

Aesthetic & Finish Work:

Paint roof returns, flashing, and structural repairs to make our exclusion work perfectly match the home. ​

Follow Up Appointments:

Conduct scheduled follow up visits with homeowners to inspect sealed entry points, check trap status, and provide excellent customer updates. ​

Crew Support:

Assist Lead Technicians with material handling, ladder safety setup, and maintaining an organized service truck. ​Schedule & Work Environment ​

Schedule:

Full Time, Monday through Friday [e.g., 8AM - 4:30 PM]. Time varies depending on speed and worflow. Some Saturdays are required. ​

Environment:

100% field based. You will be working outdoors in various Texas weather conditions. ​

Physical Requirements:

Must be completely comfortable working at heights, setting up/climbing tall ladders, and walking on roofs. General knowledge about tools and how to use them. ​Required Qualifications & Skills ​Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED. ​Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (Absolute requirement to be insured on the company vehicle). ​Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. ​Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and drug screening. ​Strong customer service and communication skills for homeowner interactions. ​Preferred Experience (Not Required) ​Previous experience in roofing, residential painting, general construction, landscaping, or pest control/wildlife removal

$3,000.00 per month
