We're looking for a Pest Control Technician who brings technical skill, a great attitude, and a real passion for customer service. This isn't just a spray-and-go job. You'll be out building relationships with property managers and residents, solving real problems, and representing a brand people trust. What You'll Do Service & Treatment You'll report to our Pest Control Service Line Manager and be based out of our Haltom City, TX location. Perform general pest control treatments for residential, multifamily, and commercial properties Identify pest activity, assess conditions, and apply appropriate treatments safely and effectively Follow all safety protocols and handle chemicals and equipment with care and responsibility Complete termite and specialty treatments as needed and as licensing allows Customer Communication Explain treatment plans and prevention tips to customers in a clear, friendly way Answer questions and address concerns on-site with professionalism and care Build trust and maintain strong relationships through reliable, consistent service Identify additional service needs and communicate them to your manager or customer — we don't upsell, we solve problems Documentation & Reporting Complete service reports accurately and submit them on time through ServiceTitan Maintain records of chemicals used, property conditions, and treatment outcomes Track recurring issues and report patterns to the management team Vehicle & Equipment Care Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked Inspect and maintain tools and equipment regularly Report any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly What We're Looking For Qualifications Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required) Valid Texas Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain one — we'll support you) Experience performing pest control treatments in residential, multifamily, or commercial settings (recommended) Strong communication skills — you're comfortable talking with customers, property managers, and your team Self-starter mentality — you manage your route, stay on schedule, and don't need to be micromanaged Preferred Qualifications Experience in multifamily or apartment community pest control Familiarity with field service management software (we use ServiceTitan) Bilingual proficiency — especially Spanish — is a big plus in our market Termite experience or licensure is a bonus Is This You?
