Job Description

We are growing, fast-paced company serving commercial and residential customers throughout the Greater Houston area. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are looking to outsource a portion of our technician training to an experienced commercial pest control professional. We are seeking a contract trainer to provide hands-on and classroom training for our technicians, specifically focused on commercial pest control accounts. This position is ideal for a retired industry professional, former supervisor, branch manager, or experienced commercial technician who enjoys teaching and mentoring others.
Responsibilities:
Train technicians on commercial pest control inspections and treatments. Teach proper service procedures for restaurants, warehouses, office buildings, healthcare facilities, and other commercial accounts. Ensure technicians understand and follow Texas Department of Agriculture regulations and industry best practices. Train technicians on proper documentation, service reports, recommendations, and compliance requirements. Ride along with technicians in the field and provide hands-on coaching. Assist in developing training materials, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of commercial pest control experience. Strong knowledge of Texas pest control laws, regulations, and commercial treatment protocols. Experience training, supervising, or mentoring technicians preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Current or previous Texas pest control licensing preferred.
Compensation:
Contract position. Flexible schedule. Approximately 3-5 days per week initially. Daily pay - depending on your experience
