It's also building relationships with customers and educating them about how to reduce the pest problems in their homes or businesses. You don't need any prior experience - we have comprehensive training programs that incorporate both classroom and on-the-job learning to ensure you have all the knowledge necessary to perform the job well. A high school diploma or G.E.D., good communication skills, a stable work history, clean driving record, drug-free, and a genuine desire to learn the pest control business is all that is required. What can you expect during training? Comprehensive on-the-job training for Service Professionals typically takes 3-4 weeks.

Training includes:

• Conduct proper home inspections including crawl spaces and attics
• Correct pest control problems by applying product, baiting, and monitoring
• Pest identification
• Product and label knowledge
