Licensed Pest Control Technicians

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pest control, lawn care, or agriculture, and will have excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients about their pest management needs. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatments. Apply pesticides and other pest control methods in compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up visits. Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and the importance of regular maintenance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for effective pest control solutions. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of services. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in pest control or a related field such as lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred. Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to pest management tasks. Strong sales skills are a plus, enabling effective communication of service benefits to clients. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
