Pest Control Technician Montgomery, TX 77356 Full-time Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pest Control Technician, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding homes, businesses, and outdoor spaces from unwanted pests. This energetic position involves inspecting properties, applying pest control treatments, and providing expert advice to clients. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create pest-free environments, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Whether working outdoors or in client locations, you'll be empowered to deliver effective solutions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools, chemicals, and techniques while adhering to safety regulations Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance plans Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently during treatments Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions Drive company vehicle to various job sites while following all traffic laws and safety protocols Assist with lawn care, landscaping, or farming tasks as needed to support integrated pest management efforts Experience Prior experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and safety equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for vehicle operation responsibilities Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and perform outdoor work for extended periods Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members Ability to learn technical procedures related to pest management and land maintenance quickly Join us in creating healthier environments by combining your skills in pest control with a passion for outdoor work!
