We are looking for a dependable, motivated Pest Control Technician who takes pride in doing the job right and wants to grow with a long-term team. No pest control experience? We are willing to train the right person who is reliable, willing to learn, and has a strong work ethic. Schedule Full-time position Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Some Saturdays required Occasional early morning or evening appointments What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial pest control services Communicate professionally with customers and office staff Complete accurate service notes and documentation Work as part of a team to provide high-quality service Learn pest identification, products, application methods, and safety procedures Follow company systems and treatment protocols What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and organized Willing to learn and take direction Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license with clean driving record Able to pass background check and drug screen Able to lift up to 50 lbs This Position Is a Great Fit for Someone Who Takes pride in quality work Enjoys working independently while still being part of a team Communicates well with customers and coworkers Wants a stable, long-term career opportunity Is willing to learn and continue improving If you are dependable, motivated, and looking to join a company that values professionalism and quality work, we encourage you to apply.
