THE ROLE

As a Residential Pest Control Service Technician, you will manage a daily service route, protect homes, and build trust with homeowners through consistent, professional service. This route-based position will primarily serve Northlake, North Richland Hills, Keller, Southlake, and surrounding North DFW communities. This is hands-on, physical work performed outdoors in Texas heat, cold, and changing weather conditions. It requires independence, responsibility, and pride in doing quality work. Job Responsibilities Perform residential pest control services Inspect and treat homes for common pests Follow company training and safety procedures Manage a daily service route efficiently Communicate professionally with homeowners Maintain company vehicle and equipment What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Coachable attitude and willingness to follow structured training Comfortable working outdoors year-round Ability to work independently and take ownership Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening No pest control experience is required. We provide paid training and licensing. We prefer to develop technicians the right way from the beginning.
