Pest Control Technician Trainee

Responsibilities Assist in inspecting residential sites to identify pest issues Learn to apply pest control treatments safely using appropriate equipment and techniques Provide superior customer service and treatment techniques Use hand tools, sprayers, and equipment to perform pest control treatments Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols Help maintain records of treatments performed, equipment and products used, and site conditions Follow safety guidelines rigorously during all activities to ensure a secure working environment Requirements Strong interest in pest control or related outdoor work fields (working outside in the heat and cold is expected) Willingness to learn how to operate hand tools, sprayers, and pest control equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles safely Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting moderate loads, and operating equipment for extended periods Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service Prior experience in sales, pest control , termite control, or similar fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship Embark on an energetic journey into the world of pest control and outdoor maintenance!
