Pest Control Technician/Christmas Light Installer Crew Lead

We are looking for a proven leader to fill our crew lead position as we are growing fast in North Houston! Reliant Pest Management has been in business since 2008 providing high quality pest control services. Starting in 2018 we expanded our service offerings to installation of Christmas Lights in the wintertime. We aim to be the leader in not only providing the highest standard of Pest Control services, but also providing the best looking Christmas light displays in the North Houston area. We do this through providing exceptional customer service and an exceptional product. This position is a year-round full time position hanging Christmas decorations during the winter and providing pest control services for the rest of the year. PEST CONTROL

This position will require servicing in and around the Houston area, and will for a limited time, require driving to the office in Tomball each morning to pick up route materials. This position starts at $17 an hour during training phase one (three weeks), $19 an hour during training phase 2 (three weeks), then transitions to Commission by stop pay which will average $20-$22 an hour before raises and sales.

Duties will include:

servicing and maintaining clients accounts, providing solutions to customers active problems, and managing your daily schedule to ensure route completion.

We require the following:

Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly Able to work outside in any weather conditions (especially the heat) Drug-free (drug tests will be administered) Valid TX drivers license with good driving history Clean criminal history (must pass a background check) Punctual and self driven Strong communication skills Prior experience is a plus, but not required

CHRISTMAS LIGHT CREW LEAD

This position would allow you to learn or expand on many different skills, become more versatile, and train and develop future leaders in the company. This position pay carries over from the pest control at $20-$23 a hour based on a fixed hourly rate and commission Job responsibilities: Leading and motivating a team, comprised of yourself and 2 others, at each job site Planning out and completing your teams route for the day Stocking your truck and trailer Installing and removing seasonal Christmas lighting Performing pest control activities Adding additional services for customers Completing various service offerings Training Roofer Employees Job qualifications include: 1 years of experience on residential roofs (Required) (roofing, solar panels, gutter/guards, etc.) 1 year of leadership/field management experience (Required) 1 year of Customer Service experience (Required) Pest control Experience (Preferred) Christmas Light Installation Experience (Preferred) In order to be considered for the position, you must be someone who takes responsibility over everything in front of you. You need to be able to problem solve on the spot. You will be running a crew and will be responsible for their safety, as well as your own, in addition to caring for the customer's home.
