Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools, chemicals, and techniques safely and effectively Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client's needs and property conditions Educate clients on pest prevention methods, including landscape maintenance, lawn care, and landscaping tips Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments administered, and follow-up recommendations Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment necessary for pest control and outdoor maintenance Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for transportation between job sites Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Willingness to learn about pest management techniques and safety procedures Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during inspections and treatments Basic understanding of land management practices or experience with farming or landscaping is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where you make a real difference by protecting properties from pests while enhancing outdoor spaces.
