Qualified applicants should have the proper pest control licenses, certifications, and hands-on experience needed to step into the role quickly. This position involves providing safe, effective pest management solutions for residential and commercial customers while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and safety. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working outdoors, experienced with tools and company vehicles, and eager to contribute to a growing pest control team. Duties Conduct inspections of properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations Apply appropriate pest control treatments using industry-standard methods and equipment Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and recommend ongoing maintenance plans Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for treatment applications Maintain accurate records of service visits, treatments performed, and client interactions Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all driving regulations and safety protocols Assist with lawn care, landscaping, or agricultural tasks as part of integrated outdoor service offerings Ensure all work areas are cleaned and maintained according to safety standards Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other outdoor equipment effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads when necessary Willingness to learn industry best practices and safety procedures Must be detail-oriented with a focus on quality service delivery This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work and providing valuable services that improve clients' environments. Candidates should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
