Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pest Control Technician to join our team. This is an entry-level position—no prior experience is required. We provide all necessary training and cover the cost of licensing. Technicians will perform general pest control (GPC) services as well as bed bug treatments for residential and commercial clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Clean driving record (required) Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs regularly Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues Apply pesticides and treatments in accordance with company standards and safety regulations Educate customers on pest prevention and recommended services Maintain accurate service records, including treatments performed and customer notes Safely operate company vehicles and equipment Communicate with management regarding schedules, service updates, and customer needs Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
