In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective pest management solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service will be essential to your success. Responsibilities Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on client needs and environmental considerations. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed. Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and recommendations made. Drive to various job sites safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Strong sales skills with the ability to promote services effectively to clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.
